1. What ingredients are used in your all-natural dog products?
   All products will have ingredients listed for you to see everything contained so you can make the best choice for you and your dog.
   
   
2. What sizes do your dog accessories (collars, leashes, etc.) come in?
   We try to hold as many sizes, colours, designs as we can. Each range will show full measurement details and where possible typical breeds will be given as examples but they are for a guide only.
   
   
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
   This will depend on what you have ordered. The majority of items will come in the standard 2 -5 day shipping window. However, several collections are made to order and will take longer. We have added a delivery note to every single product to help you see realistic delivery times depending on the product chosen. If you need something quicker, please do get it in touch, if it is possible we will do all we can but it will not always be available. (It may also incur an express delivery fee for example guaranteed next day).
   
   
4. Do you ship internationally?
   We are more than happy to ship items abroad where possible or allowed. All our current shipping rates are set for Mainland UK. So please email us with the item or items you wish to purchase along with a delivery address so we can get a quote for you as delivery costs are based on the overall weight and size of a parcel and differ from Country to Country. Please note any Fees or Taxes Charged will be payable by the customer directly to customs or shipping services. 

5. What is your return and exchange policy?
   Customers may enquire about returning items, noting that some, such as made-to-order or personalised items, are non-returnable. We advise emailing us to verify, as our stock is stored across various locations. Please be aware that return costs due to a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.
   
   
6. How can I track my order?
   Most orders should have a tracking code which you will receive in your despatch email and/or direct notifications from Royal Mail or Courier
   
   
7. What dog breeds are featured in your gifts and calendars?
   We have an extensive award-winning list of dog breeds featured within our gift ranges. Sadly, not all breeds are represented throughout all categories but we have done our best to include as many as we can and we are always looking for new and exciting items too. We have added a shop by breed category to help you find things more easily. Please also consider we have lots of personalised gifts available which can help with unique dog breeds.

9. Can I personalise a gift with my dog’s photo or name?
   Yes! Some of our gifts can be personalised with text, these items will explain what your engraving or personalisation limits are. Other gifts can be personalised with photos, when it comes to photo's bigger is better.
   
   
10. Do you offer gift-wrapping or special packaging?
    This can be requested, it will have an associated fee depending on what is being wrapped and may therefore add a small delay to shipping.
    
    
11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    Yes! We send out special offers to our newsletter subscribers and sometimes via social media too.
    
    
12. Can your dog supplements help with specific conditions, like joint pain or anxiety?
    We have a number of supplements for a variety of uses. Please read the extra information for each one in the description area where we will always try and provide as much information as we can. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
    
    
13. Do you support any dog charities?
    We sponsor a Dog from the Dogs Trust - you can read about him and our previous dogs on our charity page. We help as many people as we can every year. More information about this or getting help for your charity can also be found on our charity page

14. Can your toys withstand aggressive chewers?
    Many of the toys are not designed for "aggressive" chewers but we do have a collection for Power Chewers - please see our GoughNuts collection and possibly adding some more soon.
