AS PART OF OUR 2024 UPFATE AND RELAUNCH SOME THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR DELIVERY.
DELIVERY NOTES: We have added a delivery note to every single product on our website to help you better understand delivery times for each item. As we have such a vast catalogue many of our items are shipped from different locations, some directly from us at HQ, others from a delivery hub, some from a warehouse or even direct from the manufacturer as we have many large or made to order items on our website.
ROYAL MAIL: Many of our orders are sent out via RM24 & RM48 which means we will add tracking information to your order but you should also hear directly from Royal Mail about your delivery.
COURIERS: When our parcels are too large or heavy for the Royal Mail system we use a variety of couriers including Fed Ex, DPD, Evri and other courier services inside mainland UK.
NEXT DAY CHANGES: You will see that we have removed Next Day as a delivery option at checkout due to the diverse nature of our product range which in some cases made next day delivery unachievable. We are of course happy to continue with Next Day delivery whenever possible, however, due to high demand and the care we take in preparing each order, Next Day Delivery now needs to be requested and quoted for prior to checkout. Please note that while we will do our best to fulfil these requests, they are subject to product availability and cut-off times. URGENT ORDERS: Please contact us with the item or items you require for your urgent next day delivery, including your delivery address, then we can let you know if it is possible and attach the additional charges.
